A MOTORBIKE rider has sustained serious injuries following a three-vehicle road traffic collision this week.

The crash occurred near Presteigne on Wednesday, October 4. Police say the RTC occurred on the B4362 between Presteigne and Combe, just over the Herefordshire border, just after 2pm.

The three vehicles involved were a blue Suzuki motorbike, a silver Ford Transit van and a white Renault Megane.

“Dyfed-Powys Police is investigating a three-vehicle collision which happened on the B4362 between Presteigne and Combe at around 2.10pm on Wednesday, October 4,” said the force.

“A blue Suzuki motorbike, a silver Ford Transit van and a white Renault Megane were involved, with the motorbike rider sustaining serious injuries.

“It is believed the Ford and Renault were travelling eastbound towards Leominster, with the motorbike going in the opposite direction. The bike came into conflict with the van, then collided with the car.”
