Over 120 people attended a fashion show held by Llanfair Caereinion WI, showcasing fashions from a Powys business.

The fashion show, organised by Llanfair WI, was held at The Institute on Thursday, April 11, saw the venue full to capacity to see models, including some of the WI members, modelling the latest spring and summer fashions by Talisman of Welshpool.

At the end of the show, those attending were provided with a supper prepared by the WI ladies, together with a raffle of prizes donated again by the WI members.

Chrissie Menzies, President of Llanfair Caereinion WI, said: "On behalf of all at Llanfair Caereinion WI I would like to thank everyone who supported our recent event and helped ensure our open evening and fashion show was such a tremendous success.

“Following the fashion show held last year we were delighted that Adrienne and her team from Talisman were prepared to come back to join us for a further fashion show to demonstrate the lovely outfits available for spring and summer from the shop in Welshpool.
