BOW Street claimed a place in the final of the Ardal North League Cup following a shoot out victory at Llangefni Town on Saturday.

Matty Jones fired the Anglesey hosts into a 51st minute lead only for Street to muster a reply within seconds with Ben Davies levelling.

Jones looked to have booked Gefni's final place with a 78th minute strike to complete his brace but Street once again rallied and forced extra-time as Rhydian Davies levelled from the spot with seconds remaining.

Street held their nerve in the resulting shoot out with a 5-3 win sealing a final date against Denbigh Town.

Llanfair United celebrated a welcome Ardal North East League win with Ben Jones' early strike proving the difference in a 1-0 win at home to Corwen on Saturday.

Llandrindod Wells returned to form following their Radnorshire Cup final defeat with a 1-0 win at home to Dolgellau AA.

A solitary strike from Dan Hall with 20 minutes remaining sealed the spoils for the Spamen while the relegation haunted visitors ended with 10 men following the late dismissal of Daniel Thomas.

Llanrhaeadr proved worthy 3-0 winners at home to Penycae with Joe Vaughan netting twice after Matthew Evans fired the hosts into the lead at Tanllan.

Keegan Bradley fired a late equaliser to rescue Rhayader Town a point in a 1-1 draw at home to Rhos Aelwyd who led through James Rumsey's 70th minute opener.

Welshpool Town boosted their survival bid with a welcome three points at home to Builth Wells with two goals from Ryan Knott sandwiching Will Thomas' strike with the Bulls' miserable day at Maesydre compounded by the late dismissal of Lee James.

Dale Evans fired the home side ahead with a 25th minute penalty only for the Gwent side to lead at the break with two goals from Chris Ham who completed his hat-trick with a penalty on the hour.
