LLANIDLOES Town were brought down to earth following Friday's celebrations with a 3-0 defeat at home to Prestatyn Town on Monday.
The Daffodils secured their second tier status earlier in the Easter weekend but were swept aside by the Seasiders with a 28th minute own goal from Luke Boundford separating the sides at the interval.
Dan Atkins doubled the lead in the second-half before Tom Hilditch struck with 25 minutes remaining to ensure no way back for the hosts.

Guilsfield cemented a fourth place finish with a comfortable 3-0 win at home to Ruthin Town.
Ben Guest opened the scoring midway through the first-half with Andy Ford and Steve Blenkinsop strikes in as many minutes 20 minutes from time ensuring three points for the Guils.
Relegated Penrhyncoch claimed a battling point in a 2-2 draw at high flying Llandudno.
Daniel Owen fired the Roosters into an interval lead before the Bangor club hit back to lead after the break with goals from Danny Brookwell and Sam Jones.
However Penrhyncoch were not to be denied and ensured a share of the spoils with an equaliser from substitute Zac Davies.
