Brecon Corries slipped to a 2-1 defeat at home to Trethomas Bluebirds in the Ardal South East League on Saturday.

Charlie Loss struck twice as the visiting Welsh Trophy semi-finalists led at the break.

Andrew Hammett reduced the arrears with 12 minutes remaining and despite the late dismissal of Ethan Edwards the Caerphilly club claimed the spoils.

Bow Street maintained their Ardal North East League title pursuit with a comfortable 3-0 win at home to Dolgellau AA.

Dafydd Carruthers broke the deadlock after 20 minutes before Rhydian Davies doubled the lead from the penalty spot before the break.

Davies added a second penalty on the hour and could have completed his hat-trick only to spurn a third late penalty attempt.

Builth Wells fell just short in an entertaining 3-2 defeat at home to Penycae.
Liam Sklenar broke the deadlock for the Wrexham visitors with Jamie Evans restoring parity for the Bulls just before the break.

Alex Rowlands saw red for Penycae early in the second-half and Lyndon Jones capitalised to fire Builth ahead for the first time from the spot.

However Sklenar levelled with his second of the match with 15 minutes remaining before Austin Owen struck to complete Penycae's late comeback.

Peter Rees struck a late winner as Caersws battled to a 2-1 win at home to Llanfair United to maintain their lead at the top of the table.

Ryan McVeagh's own goal just before the break saw the home side lead with player-manager Karl Selaierts levelling from the spot before Rees struck a late winner for the Bluebirds.

Llanrhaeadr maintained their revival with a 4-2 win at Corwen further easing their relegation fears.

Joe Vaughan and Dan Kelly goals gave Llanrhaeadr a two goal lead inside the opening 15 minutes before Tom Williams reduced the arrears just before the break.

Llanrhaeadr restored their two goal advantage with two goals in five minutes as Will France and Tom Evans struck before Kelly put through his own net on the hour to revive the hosts.

Llandrindod Wells came out on top in a thrilling 4-3 victory at Llanuwchllyn.
Jack Evans struck twice for the Spamen only for Mike Pritchard to level with a double of his own before the break.

Goals from Dan Hall and Tom Durant saw Llandrindod seal the spoils after the break with the hosts reducing the arrears through John Evans late on.

Bottom of the table Rhayader Town led at Rhos Aelwyd who hit back to consign the Red Kites to a 3-1 defeat.

Sion Herman fired Rhayader ahead after 12 minutes before the Wrexham hosts levelled through Ryan Jones and second-half strikes from Aled Robertson and Ian Hughes settled the outcome.
