A POWYS woman has denied using threatening behaviour towards her neighbour and will face trial later this year.
Jessamy Lydia Ashton, 34, denied one count of using threatening behaviour towards neighbour Christopher Bosley in Llanidloes on January 31 this year when she appeared at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, July 9.
The incident is alleged to have happened on Penygraig Street where both the defendant and victim in the case live.
Prosecutor Rebecca Kuipers said a neighbourly dispute formed the background to the case.
Magistrates adjourned the case for a one-day trial, scheduled to take place on September 16, in Welshpool. Ashton was granted unconditional bail.
