A POWYS man has appeared in court charged with making indecent photographs of children.
Anthony Millard, 21, is accused of making indecent images – including seven relating to the most serious Category A – in Llandrindod Wells between December 20, 2015, and January 1, 2023.
He faces three charges in total, including accusations he made three Category B images and three Category C images of children.
Millard, of Dol y Dderwen, Ystradgynlais, was not asked to enter any pleas when he appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, May 22.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction of the case and sent it off to Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court.
Millard will make an initial appearance there on June 19.
