A ROAD traffic collision closed a stretch of the A483 in Powys on Friday night (April 19).
Traffic Wales reported that the accident happened shortly after 5.30pm, and had occurred on the A483 between Cynghordy and Llandovery, with the road closed in both directions.
An update at 6.30pm said the road had been closed from Llanwrtyd Wells, with advice for motorists to find an alternative route.
Traffic Wales later tweeted that the road was reopened at around 11pm, although a similar tweet from Dyfed Powys Police was later deleted.
