A MAN charged with perverting the course of justice in Powys has seen his case sent immediately to the crown court.
Adrian Foster, 46, is accused of committing a series of acts with intent to pervert the course of justice in Welshpool on April 5.
The charge says Foster provided false details to police officers when requested.
The defendant, of Bromley Close, Wigan, appeared at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, April 16.
The charge is indictable only and can only be heard in the crown court.
Foster also faces a second charge of aggravated vehicle taking.
Foster is scheduled to appear at Mold Crown Court on May 17.
