The business

The current owners acquired the property in June 2016 and have subsequently upgraded the hotel throughout and established a very healthy level of trade, purely on accommodation income.

Accounts for the year ended March 2023 are expected to show takings of approximately £85,000 just below the VAT threshold.

This income has been generated despite the property being closed for 10 weeks per annum off season at which time our clients take a break and go on holiday.
