The highly regarded Yesterdays guest house on Severn Square in Newtown has been put on the market by its owners.

The guesthouse has a slew of positive reviews from customers and estate agents Sidney Phillips, who are handling the sale, have said that the it is a “well positioned elegant Georgian style licenced Hotel/Guesthouse” that is “immaculately presented”.

According to Sidney Phillips, “at ground floor is the main reception area with desk, together with a breakfast room, which is well appointed and caters for 12 diners.

“The disabled toilet, which is currently used purely for storage as it had been utilised formerly in conjunction with the restaurant.

“Also at ground floor is a large kitchen which has quarry tiled floor, fully tiled walls and is comprehensively equipped.”
