LLANDRINDOD Wells Community Fridge enjoyed an incredible turnout at its final community fridge of the year on Monday, December 18.
The team distributed 25 Christmas hampers to the first 25 families and were honoured to have the High Sheriff of Powys join them. The children from Cylch added a festive touch by decorating gingerbread cookies.
“A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, and immense gratitude to our dedicated volunteers—your support is invaluable,” said a spokesperson.

Ysgol Trefonnen launched Llandrindod Wells’ first ever community fridge last October, helping in the fight against food waste.
It enables local residents and businesses to share surplus food and allow anyone to help themselves to quality food that would otherwise be wasted.
