Eian Pritchard denied assault this week. His trial will take place at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates' Court in February.
A POWYS businessman has denied assaulting another man at his garage showroom and will have a trial next year.
Eian Tauber Pritchard, owner of North Road Garage in Llanelwedd, Builth Wells, entered a not guilty plea to assaulting Clive Norman at the garage on July 25 this year when he appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, December 6.
Pritchard, 65, of Hospital Road, Builth, had originally appeared at court on November 22, when the case was adjourned.
His trial will take place at Llandrindod on February 14, 2024.
