AN alleged assault on a Newtown woman will be heard before court next month.
Lee Smith, 28, is accused of assaulting Briony Fenner in the Vaynor area of Newtown on April 28.
Smith, of Edenfield Road, Rochdale, had been due to appear at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, November 28, but the case was adjourned.
It will now be heard in Welshpool on December 19.
