A CASE of assault against a Powys businessman has been postponed until next month.
Eian Tauber Pritchard, owner of North Road Garage in Llanelwedd, Builth Wells, appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, November 22, where his case was adjourned.
Pritchard, 65, of New North Road Garage, has been charged with assaulting Clive Norman at the Station Road garage on July 25.
The case could not proceed on Wednesday and was adjourned. Pritchard is next scheduled to appear in Llandrindod on December 6.
