A LLANDRINDOD Wells is headed for trial after denying refusing to give a blood sample to police officers.
David Lee Denham, 45, appeared at Llandrindod Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, November 22, where he entered a not guilty plea to a charge of failing to provide specimen for analysis.
Denham, of Mill View Close, Howey, was stopped by police on November 7 in the spa town when the alleged offence occurred.
It is said he refused to provide a blood test to officers.
Magistrates adjourned the case and Denham is set to have a trial at the same court on January 31 next year.
