A POWYS woman faces a drink driving trial in the new year after she pleaded not guilty at court this week.
Lori-Ann Buckler, 38, is accused of driving a Kia Sportage on North Avenue, Landrindod Wells, on October 15, when she was over the limit.
It is alleged she had 91 micrograms of alcohol in her breath – the legal limit is only 35 micrograms.
Buckler, of Ithon View, entered a not guilty plea at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, November 8.
Her trial is scheduled to take place on January 17, 2024. She was granted unconditional bail until that date.
