THREE Llandrindod Wells men have denied assaulting another man in the spa town following a night out.
Bradley Neil Andrews, 26, Daniel Michael Christopher Jones, 27, and Mark Eric Truelove, 30, all denied assaulting Neil Harris, occasioning him actual bodily harm, in Llandrindod on August 28.
Andrews, of Alexandra Road, Jones, of Broadway, and Truelove, of Orchard Gardens, appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, November 8, where magistrates declined jurisdiction of the case and sent it off to the crown court.
Mr Harris is alleged to have suffered serious injuries, including a broken tooth. The alleged attack occurred after a night out at the Log Cabin.
The case was adjourned and all three are due to appear for an initial hearing at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on December 6. They were each granted conditional bail until that date.
