A DANGEROUS dog complaint against an 80-year-old Powys woman has been adjourned until December.

Rosamund Sulyak appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, October 25, after Dyfed Powys Police brought a charge of not having her dog under proper control against her. It relates to an incident in Ystradgynlais on March 14 this year.

Magistrates heard that Sulyak, of Tawe Park, Ystradgynlais, disputes the allegation that her dog was acting in a dangerous manner.

Police want a contingent destruction order approved but Sulyak disputes this, so a contested hearing is required.

The case against Sulyak was adjourned until December 20.
