Mums Matter courses are eight weekly sessions delivered by facilitator Tracy Lewis. They take place in a relaxed and friendly environment, with a creche provided for your babies/children to give you the space and time you need to work through different themes, gain tools and skills to help you feel yourself again.

Once completed you can then join a peer support group in your area.

Mums Matter has been a fantastic success in Powys, with many mums benefiting from attending, from those with low anxieties and concerns to those with postnatal depression.

New Mums Matter courses are now starting in Llandrindod Wells, Machynlleth and Presteigne, with the Llandrindod course starting on Friday, October 27. These sessions will take place between 10am-12noon at Ysgol Trefonnen. Dates for Presteigne and Machynlleth are to be confirmed.
