An historic Grade II listed former Powys Post Office is up for sale.
The Old Post Office in Montgomery is the Grade II listed building, Compton House and is currently being run as a successful self-catering business.
Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, are handling the sale of the self-catering holiday let, which is located in the heart of the historic town and is described as “ideal for groups of friends or families looking to explore the area's many tourist attractions, including Powis Castle and the Shropshire Hills Area of outstanding Natural Beauty.”
The business has been owned and run by Gerry Barwell since 2017 and opened for holiday booking in 2021.
