PRESTEIGNE-based manufacturer Hadley Hargreaves has re-branded itself as Advantage Automotive Ltd – which the company says may lead to more jobs being created locally in the future.

There are three business units within the company which are now Advantage Automotive, producing windscreen wash systems for a range of vehicles; Advantage Blow Mouldings, producing a range of short run blow moulded products; and Advantage Chemicals, industrial chemicals for paint shops, mainly within the automotive industry.

Managing director Mike Jones said: “Bringing the business units together under one umbrella name made sense to us, and conversely, highlighting the three different area we work in gives the opportunity to grow in a more business sustainable way. 

“We hope that what we are putting in place for the company as a whole will result in more local job opportunities in the near future as well as benefitting the circular economy through recycling and other sustainable practices.”

The company has an impressive list of customers, including JCB, Morgan Cars, Red Gorilla, Cummings Engines, Aston Martin and Nissan. Currently, they are working with customers and partners in increasing recycled materials in products and developing innovative new sustainable solutions throughout the product range.
