The latest title in Amberley's ever-popular 'History Tour' series is a delightfully nostalgic insight and pocket-sized so readers can take the book with them as they visit the town's historical landmarks and locations.

Mal has a lifelong fascination with local history and the majority of his published work reflects this. His first publication was ‘A Pictorial History of Builth Wells’ in 1989 and he more recently co-authored ‘Photographs of old Builth Wells’.

Now semi-retired he lectures in local colleges and to the military on health and safety and advanced first aid and is an active member of the local heritage society.

Rob is a local historian based in Builth. He is the co-author of two previous books with Mal on the heritage and history of the town.

Published on May 15, the 96-page book is priced at £8.99 and is also available in Kindle, Kobo and iBook formats.
