SAM Jones has stepped down as manager of MMP Central Wales League North side Llanfyllin Town.
Jones will remain at Cae Llwyn as a player with Iwan Morgan taking over as caretaker manager.
Chairman Gary Ellis said: "We as a club would like to thank Sam for all the hard work he has put in on the pitch and behind the scenes for the past three years.

"He has worked extremely hard and the club appreciate all the effort he has put in.
"We are pleased that Sam will continue to stay at Llanfyllin Town FC as a player.
"Iwan Morgan will take temporary charge of the first team until the club decide on a permanent manager."
