TWO learner drivers from Powys are headed for court after they were stopped by police intending to drive to Scotland.

Dyfed Powys Police’s Roads Policing Unit said two drivers with provisional licences were stopped in Brecon on Tuesday night (January 10), heading to Scotland. Both have been reported and are now set to appear in court, where they can expect to be disqualified, while their vehicle was seized.
