ENTRIES for the 2022 Elan Valley MTB Challenge taking place in September close at the end of this month.
The event, taking place on Sunday, September 4, is the fourth staging of an event that has become extremely popular in the MTB calendar and has featured in Red Bull MTB’s top 10 MTB challenge every year since the first event was held.
The Elan Challenge is old school MTB at its best, featuring big climbs, fast flowy descents, technical descents and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere. This is what purists class as ‘proper mountain biking’.

There are 30km (£32) and 55km (£35) course options this year, with entries closing on August 28.
