POWYS Teaching Health Board are encouraging people aged between 30-39 and 18-29 to join their reserve lists to receive the Covid-19 vaccination.

There are currently two reserve lists – the primary list is for people aged 30-39 and the secondary list is for those aged 18-29.

Everyone aged 40 and over in Powys should have by now received their invitation for a jab, but if you have not received yours then the health board are asking you to complete a priority access form so that they can fast-track you to an appointment at one of their three mass vaccination centres – in Newtown, Builth Wells and Bronllys.

“Our reserve lists for first dose appointments help us fill cancellations and ensure no dose is wasted,” said PTHB via their social media channels.

“They are currently open to people 30-39 (primary reserve list) and people 18-29 (secondary reserve list) for appointments in all three sites.

“If you are able to help us fill cancellations please complete our reserve list form.”

The forms are for people in the tow age categories who are registered with a GP in Powys and willing to be called at short notice for an appointment at a mass vaccination centre.

By completing the form you give consent for your information to be shared with PTHB’s Covid-19 vaccination booking team, and this may result in you being invited to short notice for a first dose vaccination appointment.

If you are aged 40 or over and have not received your invitation for vaccination you can complete a priority access form by visiting https://pthb.nhs.wales/.../covid.../priority-access-forms/.

If you are aged 30-39 you can join our reserve list at all three sites by visiting https://pthb.nhs.wales/.../covid-19.../reserve-lists/ and if you are between 18-29 you can join the secondary reserve list at https://pthb.nhs.wales/.../covid-19.../reserve-lists/.
