FIREFIGHTERS in Llandrindod Wells had a busy Monday as they attended three incidents – including two calls relating to freeing residents trapped in a lift.
The Radnorshire station’s crew members were twice called out to a block of flats in the town, owned by Powys County Council. The third call related to a property fire.
Llandrindod Fire Station tweeted out around 5.30pm: “3 calls today for Stn13..
“2 Calls for 13P1 to persons trapped in a lift at a Local Authority block of flats in Llandod. persons released by Fire-fighters.
“1 Call for 13P1 & 13M2 to a property fire one heater removed and extinguished.”
