Investigations are continuing into the cause of a crash involving a van and a train near Trewern.
The seriously injured van driver was airlifted to hospital in Stoke-on-Trent after the collision happened at a level crossing on June 22. There were no reports of casualties on the train.
The Rail Accident Investigation Branch (RAIB) sent an inspector to examine the scene and gather evidence.

A RAIB spokesperson said: “We are continuing with our enquiries and we will provide an update when we are able to do so.”
Two air ambulances, land ambulance, police and three fire crews were sent to the scene.
The A458 between Buttington and Ford was closed for several hours while recovery work took place.
British Transport Police have been asked to comment.
