Sean Miller, 22-years-old, had been missing since February 2, and yesterday his family issued a plea for information as police issued new CCTV images in an effort to trace his last movements.
He had been on a night out with friends in Newtown when he disappeared, last seen heading in the direction of his mother's house near Trehafren Fields.
A multi-agency search of riverbanks in Newtown and further downriver had taken place over a number of weeks.
