Rhiannon O’Flaherty from Trefaldwyn Vets has completed a 10km swim in Lake Padarn, a glacial lake in north Wales, and raised almost £1,000 for Wales Air Ambulance.
Rhiannon completed the swim in 3 hours 37 minutes.
Rhiannon said: “Since moving to mid Wales I have heard so many stories of people whose lives have been saved by the Air Ambulance.

"They do a fantastic job of serving the community in mid Wales and beyond. Your donations will help keep this vital service in Wales.”
The Wales Air Ambulance Charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
This ‘mobile emergency department’ relies entirely on donations to keep the helicopters in the air and the rapid response vehicles on the road.
