Members of the public are being encouraged to take part in this week's air ambulance consultation meetings.

A series of meetings are taking place up and down the county as part of the ongoing public consultation on the future of the service in Powys.

The NHS's Emergency Ambulance Services Committee (EASC) which is running the consultation is encouraging the public to get involved.

This next week will see a meeting in Knighton on Tuesday, April 18 at 6.30pm as well as four virtual meetings on Monday, April 17 and Thursday, April 20.

OTHER NEWS:

A spokesperson for the consultation said: "If you have attended one of our engagement sessions, we would appreciate your feedback about the sessions to help us understand how we can make sure we are making these as effective as possible.

"We would be grateful if you would share this information with friends, family, neighbours and colleagues to help promote awareness and attendance."
