NEWTOWN striker Jamie Reed has been ruled out for the remainder of the campaign.
The 30 year old ruptured his Achilles tendon in last week’s 3-2 defeat at Carmarthen Town to bring to his season to a premature end having netted eight goals in 22 games since his summer arrival.
The Robins will hand recent signing Ethan Jones a start when Barry Town United visit Latham Park in the club’s first home match in more than a month.
Meanwhile goalkeeper Dave Jones remains suspended with Jack Perry retaining the jersey as the Robins bid to bounce back against the Dragons.
