Two key players have left Newtown ahead of the new season, including the player of the year winner.
25 year old Ryan Sears, who won the Supporters' Player of the Year for 2023/24, has been signed by Caernarfon Town FC.
Sears, a product of Shrewsbury Town Academy, was also part of last season's Wales C victory over England.
On joining Caernarfon, he said: "I’m really happy to have signed for Caernarfon, and I’d like to thank the manager for bringing me in on Caernarfon towns journey after their amazing season.
"I’m really excited for the upcoming campaign and I look forward to playing in front of the Cofi Army in our European adventure and throughout our domestic season."
Another significant departure from Newtown is winger Louis Robles who expressed his gratitude on social media towards everyone at the club.
He said: "Big thanks to @NewtownAFC for the past 2 seasons, a club filled with brilliant people, all the best for next season."
