A NEW athletics club for Welshpool is on its way.
The new club is the brainchild of one of the town's most esteemed athletes with Welsh shot put legend and British bobsled star Adele Nicoll leading the initiative through her academy.
The club is open for ages five and older and will meet at Welshpool High School every Tuesday from 6-7pm with sessions costing £4 each.
