TREWERN United will be led by a new management team next season.
The Llandrinio-based MMP Central Wales League North club will be managed by Selwyn Jones and Mark Taylor who take the helm from Nathan Jones and Scott Beddoes.
A club statement read: “As a former player and manager of Trewern, Selwyn was delighted to be asked to return as manager of the club! Having played, managed and been a referee in Mid Wales for many years, he is looking to build on what’s been done at Trewern.

“Mark has played, coached and managed teams in the Welsh, Shropshire County and the West Midlands League systems for well over 20 years. After a six year hiatus, he is excited to have the chance to move back into the Welsh football system almost 20 years since a hugely enjoyable stint with Brecon Corries.
“Having completed his UEFA C Licence last year, he’s delighted to accept the opportunity to work alongside Selwyn.
“They would like to thank Nathan, Scott and everyone who’s been involved in the club over the last eight years for all their hard work and commitment. They look forward to continuing this, helping Trewern to progress and succeed on and off the pitch.”
Jones will meet some familiar faces next season with son Gary recently unveiled as the new manager of Welshpool Town who will be competing in the MMP Central Wales League next season.
