DAN Lydiate has reflected on Wales' exit from the Rugby World Cup.
Wales bowed out of the cup following a 29-17 defeat at the hands of Argentina last weekend as the Pumas booked a semi-final date.
Abbey-cwm-hir based flanker Lydiate, playing in his third World Cup, took to social media to thank his family for their support and look ahead to resuming his club career with Dragons.

He said: "Been some adventure the last 20 weeks and I am proud to have played in my third World Cup. Not the game time I wanted but that’s sport we all have a role to play as a team.
"A massive thanks to the support of my family keeping the wheels turning at home so I can live my dream. Now back to spend some quality time with the family and new edition before heading to the Dragons."
The 35 year old has enjoyed a memorable summer on and off the pitch and earlier in the month he made the trip home from France for the birth of his his third child with his partner, Nia.
