FORDEN United came out on top in a 6-4 thriller at home to Tywyn Bryncrug in the MMP Central Wales League North on Saturday.
The hosts raced into a five goal lead as Robert Evans struck a hat-trick and goals from Harry O'Donnell and Alex Morgan built a comfortable lead before the Cormorants rallied with replies from James Morgan, Aaron Rodgers and Nick Williams.
Rob Jenkins completed Forden's scoring after the break before Jamie Pymm reduced the arrears.
