The villagers had to be patient until the deadlock was broken through an own goal from Alex Jones before Iwan Matthews doubled their lead with 20 minutes remaining.
Matthews completed his double at the death to complete their victory and maintain Guilsfield's unbeaten start to the league season.
Elsewhere Penrhyncoch made light work of Llangefni Town and returned from Anglesey 5-1 winners.
The damage was done in the first-half with Steffan Gittins completing a hat-trick while Jon Foligno and Garmon Nutting goals completed the drubbing before the hosts netted a late consolation through Jack Smith.
Llanidloes Town celebrated their first win of the season with a 3-1 victory at Conwy Borough.
Connor Bird netted twice for the Daffodils with Dafydd Carruthers also on target while Borough reduced the arrears late on through Nathan Williams.
Elsewhere Llanrhaeadr fell to a 3-1 home defeat at the hands of Llandudno.
Morgan Owen gave the Seasiders a dream start with an opening minute strike before Shaun Cavanagh doubled the advantage before the break.
James Burgess reduced the arrears before the interval but Cavanagh completed his double early in the second-half to ensure no way back for the villagers.
