TNS have completed the signing of winger Jordan Williams.

The 28-year-old arrives at Park Hall from Stockport County to become the Oswestry club's third signing of summer following the arrival of defender Danny Davies and striker Declan McManus.

Williams pent his early playing days in non-league football with Barrow, Burscough and Northwich Victoria before joining Rochdale and also spending a loan spell at Lincoln City.

Williams also spent time at AFC Fylde before joining Stockport County.

Williams said: "I am happy to be at The New Saints and am looking forward to meeting everyone and hoping for a successful season.”

Head coach, Anthony Limbrick, added: “We are really pleased with the signing of Jordan. He will add extra quality and options in the forward areas, being able to play anywhere across the front line.

“Jordan is a direct and aggressive forward who will bring goals and assists to the team.”

TNS sporting director, Gary Brabin, speaking on the interaction between the clubs, added: “I would like to thank Simon Wilson, Director of Football at Stockport County, for how professionally he acted throughout the whole negotiating process.”
