BRECON Corinthians Football Club have been given the green light to install seating at Rich Field.
The MMP-NP Mid Wales League East club have been out of action since the onset of the first lockdown in March.
However the ambitious Brecknock club has not stood idle and this week announced it had been successful in a grant application to install seating at Rich Field.
The phase of works will help the club attain ground criteria for membership of the Ardal Leagues, the newly created national third division tier.
A club spokesman said: "We’d like to say a huge thanks to Brecon Town Council and look forward to the spring when installation should be complete."
The news follows the installation of a stand at town rivals Brecon Town Football Club at their own Depot ground earlier in the summer as the county town clubs continue their efforts to climb the Welsh football pyramid.
