Aberystwyth Town won the title in 1930 before Llanidloes Town won back to back championships in 1931 and 1932.
Aberystwyth regained the title in 1933 with the honours won by Llanidloes Town in 1934.
The title was won by Shrewsbury Town Reserves for the next two seasons before Aberdovey won the honours in 1937 and Newtown lifted the trophy in 1938.
The decade ended with Llanidloes Town winning the title in 1939.
