CHURCHSTOKE Football Club's new manager is Richard Hughes.
Hughes stepped down as reserve team manager at Four Crosses last week and now succeeds Chris Haycock at the helm at Camlad Park.
The Marketmen competed in MMP-NL Mid Wales League Two last season.
A club statement read: "We're really pleased to get a manager with lots of experience at various levels in both Shropshire and Powys.
"We think he'll be a huge influence as we look to establish ourselves as a top side in the new fourth tie and can't wait for him to get started."
Hughes praised his predecessor and the committee.
"I am looking forward to the challenge at Churchstoke and step up in standard, for that I would like to thank the committee for given me the opportunity," said Hughes.
"I want to build on the hard work done by Chris Haycock and help give youth players a chance at this level."
