WELSH rugby legend Dan Lydiate has taken to social media to urge people to remain indoors during the coronavirus pandemic.
The Abbeycwmhir raised former Wales and British Lions star and current Ospreys flanker used his Instagram account to reach his 17,000 followers.
Lydiate said: "I know it's a tough time but we all need to do our bit to help the health services who are doing an amazing job.
"I know it's frustrating but with all the technology all you have to do is pick up the phone or Facetime your friends and family."
Warburton ended his video by asking his former Welsh team-mates Alun Wyn Jones and Sam Warburton to spread the message to their own followers as Welsh rugby looks to do it part during the pandemic.
