WALES Golf has cancelled and postponed a host of events in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.
May's Ladies Open Strokeplay Championship, Men’s Open Strokeplay Championship and Ladies Amateur Championship along with the Wales Golf Festival in June have been postponed.
Meanwhile the junior tour events in Mold and Milford Haven in April along with the Welsh Open Youth Championship in May and Medal and Bowls Championship in August have been cancelled.
A spokesman said: “Fitting in with Government guidance, along with the welfare and health of all our prospective competitors, are our top priorities as we try to plan ahead in these difficult times.
“All postponed and cancelled entries will be eligible to receive a full refund.”
