TWO of the region’s most promising golfing talents will take the next step in the careers later this month.
Welshpool Golf Club star Tomi Bowen is joined by St Giles teenage golfer Connor Owen in the Welsh squad which takes on Ireland at Cardigan in an under 18s international.
The match will take place on March 21-22 as the young Dragons take on their peers from the Emerald Isle.
Both have emerged through their clubs and competed in county events before progressing to the Welsh age grade set-up with Bowen and Owen now regarded among the top prospects in Wales.
