PENRHYNCOCH manager Gari Lewis has insisted his players have nothing to lose at Colwyn Bay on Saturday.

Lewis heaped praise on the Seagulls who have enjoyed a successful return to Welsh football this season following three decades of self imposed exile in England.

Lewis said: “Colwyn Bay are one of the best teams we have played and they have some seriously talented players, guys easily good enough for the Premier League.

“Their pitch is like a carpet and a huge credit to the groundsman.

“We will need to be at our best and hope the break has not stopped our momentum.”

The Roosters travel with three players shorn from their squad but Lewis adamant his side would give their all.

“We go there with the same fight and determination to do our best,” said Lewis.
