PENRHYNCOCH travel to Colwyn Bay on Saturday with manager Gari Lewis expecting the toughest test of the season so far.

“They are one the best teams we have played this season and have some seriously talented players,” said Lewis. “These guys could easily be good enough for the Premier and are my favourites to go up next season.

“Their pitch is also the best in the league, a proper grass pitch which is a credit to their groundsman.”

Penrhyn are sweating on the fitness of Steff Davies and Steff Gittins with Lewis relishing the challenge on the North Wales coast.

“We have been brilliant to a man and as as a group,” said Lewis. “We can go into Saturday with nothing to lose and look forward to playing such a good team.”
