GEORGE Harry's injury time winner clinched Newtown a last gasp winner at Aberystwyth Town to boost the Robins' top six bid on Monday night.
Newtown enjoyed a dream start at Park Avenue with loan star Lufimpa Mwandwe breaking the deadlock inside the the opening three minutes.
Aberystwyth almost levelled a minute later only for Geoff Kellaway to head inches wide.
Joe Kenton went close to a second for Newtown 10 minutes later only to fire wide before the Seasiders came into the game with the rest of the first-half an evenly contested affair.
Edmilson Vaz' thunderous effort forces goalkeeper Dave Jones into a save 10 minutes before the break before Newtown upped the tempo with Kenton and Harry both going close but the Robins could not add to their lead.
Jones was again called into action on the hour to deny Amaldo Mendes as Aberystwyth enjoyed their best spell of the game.
Newtown remained a danger with Mwandwe dragging a shot wide with 20 minutes remaining.
However the Seasiders were back in the game with nine minutes left on the clock with Matthew Jones converting a penalty to leave Newtown's top six bid seemingly in tatters.
The match was deep into injury-time when Harry's shot beat home goalkeeper Connor Roberts via the woodwork to save the day.
