PENRHYNCOCH bid to repeat their recent league victory when Prestatyn Town visit Cae Baker in the third round of the JD Welsh Cup on Saturday.
The Roosters upset the odds against the JD Cymru North leaders last month with manager Gari Lewis backing his side do repeat the feat.
Prestatyn have faltered in recent weeks and held to a draw at Guilsfield last week.
However Lewis insisted the Seasiders remained favourites.
“We are huge underdogs again and regardless of the last result they are a class act with so many threats,” said Lewis.
“Tactically we need to be so spot on with them as they can tear you apart.”
Penrhyn bid to pick themselves up after slumping 3-0 at home to Llanrhaeadr last week.
“I blame myself for the result with me being suspended.
“We looked still jaded from the Prestatyn game so we need to regroup and make it as difficult as possible to break down.
“It is the Welsh Cup so you never know.”
